We offer different levels of contracted service such as:
Preventative maintenance means that we visit you at least once a year to carry out scheduled maintenance. Malfunction time is within 5 business days. The price for preventive maintenance is fixed during the contract period.
Collaborative agreements mean that we will perform corrective maintenance, provide loan equipment if needed to prevent longer interruptions, provide software updates, and assist with telephone support.
Full service agreements
Full service agreement means that we will perform preventive and remedial maintenance, provide spare parts, provide loan equipment, provide software updates, and assist with telephone support. We are responsible for operating the device, with only ongoing maintenance and operation performed by MT.
We will of course assist you if you need emergency service by phone or visit.
